Mawa cupcake or eggless cupcake is most delicious recipe and one of my favorite cake since my childhood.a super soft, eggless cake made with mawa or milk powder, milk and sugar for chocolate flavor added cocoa powder but it is not necessary. If you don’t like chocolate you can skip this step.
Evening time one cup of tea with mawa cupcake what you need more than this. My mother bring cupcake from bakery for all of us and we love to eat that. There are lots of different recipe for making cupcake but i found this one really very simple recipe. Ingredient are easily available in Indian store.
I made first time eggless cupcake or mawa cupcake on my kids birthday one with blue icing. And i totally love with that so i decide to share this yummy cupcake recipe with all of you.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS WITH PICTURES
for making eggless cupcake or mawa cupcake we nee 1 cup of all purpose flour or Maida, ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of milk or mava powder, ½ cup of milk, ½ stick of unsalted butter, ½ tbsp of baking soda, ½ tbsp of baking powder, ½ tbsp of vanilla extract, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder (not necessary).
Take mixing bowl and start to add ingredients. First we need butter (at room temperature) in that add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of milk powder.
Now mix batter……
Add small amounts of milk (room temperature) at time until all milk is been mixed up with batter.
Now take 1 cup of Maida or all purpose flour, 1/2 tbsp of baking soda, 1/2 tbsp of baking powder.
2 tbsp cocoa powder(if you don’t like chocolate flavor then skip to adding cocoa powder).
Now sieve flour mixture in batter and add vanilla extract.
Whisk all until batter become smooth…………….
now take cup cake molds and add cupcakes batter in mold.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Decorate if you needed this cup cake don’t need icing, here i used butter icing which very easy to make. Our yummy cupcake is ready now.
