Ingredients for sliced potato recipe we need potatoes, chopped onion, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Red chilly powder, Salt to taste and oil.
Take two medium size potatoes washed them potatoes, pill them and cut in thin slices. Its approximately 1 and 1/2 cup. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in kadhai or pan.
And add 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds let it crack.
Then add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds once cumin seeds sputter add curry leaves sauté…….
Add onion sauté until it become pinkish brown color(onion start to melt)….
Then add 1 tbsp chilly powder stir all together….
Now add slices of potato and again stir all thing together nicely. Next add salt to taste.
Add 1/2 cup water stir it and cover kadai or pan with lead.
Within 6-7 minutes, stir in between. Batatyachya chaktyanchi bhaji or slice potato is ready. Quick recipe for lunch and dinner.
